Rabia İlhan is a Turkish lawyer and politician currently serving as a Member of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey representing Istanbul. Born in Kastamonu in 1981, she graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law and later earned a master's degree in European Union Law from Bremen University. Before her election to parliament in May 2023, she held various leadership roles within the Justice and Development Party, including serving as the Head of the Istanbul Provincial Women's Branch since 2019.
