Rafał Kasprzyk is a Polish politician and engineer serving as a member of the Sejm of the 10th term. Before entering politics, he worked as a construction engineer and manager in Poland and Spain, holding leadership roles in companies such as Aldesa and Gülermak. He holds degrees from the Kielce University of Technology, the Cracow University of Economics, and an Executive MBA from the Warsaw University of Technology Business School. Initially active in the Nowoczesna party and later a regional leader for Poland 2050, he joined the newly formed Centrum parliamentary club in 2026. He has served on several parliamentary committees, including those for infrastructure, European Union affairs, and national defense.
