Rafael Hernando Fraile

Rafael Hernando Fraile is a Spanish attorney and politician currently serving as a member of the Spanish Congress of Deputies, representing the Almería Province. Born in Guadalajara, he has had a long-standing career within the People's Party, notably serving as the party's spokesperson in Congress from 2014 to 2018. Additionally, he previously held the position of President of New Generations, the youth organization of the People's Party. He continues to be an active figure in Spanish national politics.
