Rafael Huseynov is an Azerbaijani politician currently serving as the Deputy Speaker of the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Representing the Hajikabul-Kurdamir Constituency No 63, he is a member of the Civic Solidarity Party. In addition to his legislative duties, he leads the working group for Azerbaijani-Swedish interparliamentary relations and serves as the head of the delegation to the Parliamentary Union of the Organisation for Islamic Co-operation Member-States.
