Rajpal Singh Baliyan is an Indian politician currently serving as a member of the 18th Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly, representing the Budhana constituency. A long-time political figure, he was a close associate of the prominent farmer leader Mahendra Singh Tikait and held a senior position within the Bharatiya Kisan Union. Baliyan first entered the state assembly in 1996 representing the Khatauli constituency and was re-elected in 2002. After experiencing electoral defeats in 2007 and 2012, he returned to the assembly in 2022 following a significant victory in the Budhana constituency.
