Ramesh Awasthi is an Indian politician currently serving as a Member of the Lok Sabha representing the Kanpur constituency in Uttar Pradesh. He was elected to the 18th Lok Sabha in 2024 as a candidate for the Bharatiya Janata Party. In addition to his legislative duties, he has been appointed to the advisory committee for the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas. Beyond his political career, Awasthi is known for organizing the NMC India Mango Festival, an annual event dedicated to celebrating the mango.
