Thomas R. "Randy" Ligon is an American politician serving as a Republican member of the South Carolina House of Representatives, representing District 43, which includes parts of Chester and York Counties. First elected in 2018, he has been re-elected multiple times, with his current term extending through 2026. Ligon holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Clemson University and is a graduate of the Missouri School of Auctioneering. Within the legislature, he serves on the Labor, Commerce and Industry Committee and chairs the Subcommittee on Real Estate.
