Ranoj Pegu is an Indian politician serving as the Minister of Education, Plain Tribes, and Information Technology of Assam. A three-time member of the Assam Legislative Assembly representing the Dhemaji constituency since 2017, he previously engaged in tribal activism and served as the first democratically elected Chief Executive Member of the Mising Autonomous Council from 2013 to 2017 before joining the Bharatiya Janata Party in 2017 and becoming a cabinet minister in 2021.
