Rashad Nabiyev is an Azerbaijani politician serving as the Minister of Digital Development and Transport of Azerbaijan since 2021. He previously held roles at the President's Office of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Central Bank of Azerbaijan, and served as the chairman of the board and chief executive officer of Azercosmos from 2011 until 2021. He holds degrees from the Public Administration Academy under the auspices of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and East Carolina University in the United States.
