Ravi Shankar Prasad

Ravi Shankar Prasad is an Indian politician and lawyer currently serving as a Member of the Lok Sabha for the Patna Sahib constituency. A prominent leader of the Bharatiya Janata Party, he previously held several high-profile Union Cabinet portfolios, including Law and Justice, Communications, and Electronics and Information Technology. Throughout his career, he has been a key figure in advancing the 'Digital India' initiative and has played a significant role in legislative reforms, including the passage of the triple talaq law. Before his full-time political career, he established himself as a senior advocate at the Supreme Court of India and the Patna High Court, having been involved in several landmark legal cases.
