Raza Hayat Hiraj

Raza Hayat Hiraj is a Pakistani politician and barrister currently serving as a Member of the National Assembly for NA-144 (Khanewal-I) and as the Minister for Defence Production. Educated at the University of Leicester, he has held various ministerial positions throughout his career, including roles in information technology, law, and housing. Known for his shifting political affiliations, he has been a member of several major parties, including the Pakistan Peoples Party, PML-Q, PTI, and currently the PML-N. Throughout his tenure, he has advocated for regional resource equity and proposed legislative measures regarding the disqualification of dual-nationality holders.
