Regina Weiss is an American politician and educator serving as a member of the Michigan House of Representatives since 2021. Born in Chicago, she earned a bachelor's degree in history and secondary education from Valparaiso University in 2009. Before entering state politics, she worked as a high school English and social studies teacher in the Detroit Public Schools Community District and served on the Oak Park City Council from 2017 to 2020. Weiss currently represents the 5th district in the Michigan House.
