Reginete Bispo is a Brazilian politician and sociologist currently serving as a Member of the Chamber of Deputies. A long-time activist for the black movement and anti-racist causes, she has been a member of the Unified Black Movement (MNU) since 1990. Before entering federal politics, she held administrative roles in the Rio Grande do Sul state government. As a legislator, she gained prominence as the rapporteur of the bill that established November 20th, the National Day of Zumbi and Black Consciousness, as a national holiday in Brazil.
