Reinhard Naumann is a German politician and a member of the Abgeordnetenhaus of Berlin, representing the Social Democratic Party (SPD). Born in West Berlin in 1960, he studied law and served in various administrative roles before entering local politics. He notably served as the District Mayor of Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf from 2011 to 2021.
