Reza Kibria

Reza Kibria is a Bangladeshi economist, writer, and politician serving as a Member of the Jatiya Sangsad representing the Habiganj-1 constituency. He earned degrees from the University of Oxford and Queen's University, and worked extensively as an economist for the International Monetary Fund and as a macro-fiscal adviser in countries including Papua New Guinea and Cambodia. Transitioning into politics, he has held leadership roles within Gano Forum and Gono Odhikar Parishad before joining the Bangladesh Nationalist Party and winning election to parliament.
