Rhys Williams

Rhys Williams is an Australian politician serving as the member for Mandurah in the Western Australian Legislative Assembly since the March 2025 state election. Previously, he served as the Mayor of the City of Mandurah from 2017 to 2025 and was a local councillor starting in 2009, when he became the youngest councillor in the city's history. A member of the Labor Party's Left faction, Williams is aligned with the Australian Manufacturing Workers Union and was recognized as the Western Australian of the Year Youth Award recipient in 2015.
