Richard Kuuire

Richard Kuuire is a Ghanaian politician and the Member of Parliament-elect for the Nandom Constituency in the Upper West Region of Ghana. He secured his seat following the 2024 Ghanaian general election, where he defeated the incumbent Ambrose Dery. Prior to his entry into electoral politics, Kuuire served as the Director General of the Ghana Prisons Service. He is also known for his advocacy regarding prison reform and has contributed to literature concerning the challenges faced by prison systems in Africa.
