Richard Quigley is a British Labour Party politician who has served as the Member of Parliament for Isle of Wight West since 2024, marking the first time the constituency elected a Labour MP. Born in 1971 and raised in Retford, he studied manufacturing systems engineering at Coventry University. Before entering national politics, he worked at Britvic Soft Drinks and later operated a fish and chip shop on the Isle of Wight. He also served as a councillor for Cowes North Ward on the Isle of Wight Council starting in 2021.
