Rick Holdcroft

Rick Holdcroft is an American politician serving as a member of the Nebraska Legislature for District 36. Elected in November 2022, he represents the district relocated to Sarpy County following the 2021 redistricting process. Prior to his legislative career, Holdcroft served in the United States Navy for 28 years. Politically, he identifies as pro-life and has expressed support for the U.S. Supreme Court's decision in Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization. In 2026, he introduced legislation aimed at regulating private entities that charge fees for assisting with veterans' benefit claims.
