Rita Júdice is a Portuguese lawyer and politician currently serving as the Minister of Justice in the XXIV Constitutional Government led by Luís Montenegro. Elected to the Assembly of the Republic in 2024 representing the Coimbra constituency, she previously built a distinguished career in law. From 1998 to 2023, she specialized in real estate law, serving as a partner at the law firm PLMJ where she co-coordinated the real estate and tourism practice.
