Paula Cristina Baptista Margarido is a Portuguese lawyer and politician currently serving as the Regional Secretary of Inclusion, Labour and Youth for the XVI Regional Government of Madeira. Prior to her appointment in April 2025, she was elected to the Assembly of the Republic in 2024 as a member of the Social Democratic Party representing the Madeira constituency. A legal professional by trade, she previously served as president of the Madeira Regional Council of the Portuguese Bar Association and has been active in diocesan commissions focused on protecting vulnerable individuals, including victims of sexual abuse within the Catholic Church.
