NABIYEV Rizvan Novruz oglu

Rizvan Novruz oglu Nabiyev is an Azerbaijani politician currently serving as a Member of the National Assembly of Azerbaijan, representing the Second Absheron Constituency No 49. He is an independent member of parliament who actively participates in the Defence, Security and Counter-Corruption Committee and the Committee on Foreign and Interparliamentary Relations. In addition to his legislative duties, he serves as the head of the delegation to the Asian Parliamentary Assembly and leads the working group for Azerbaijani-Swiss interparliamentary relations. His extensive international engagement includes membership in numerous bilateral working groups, including those focused on relations with Japan, Germany, and Georgia.
