JAFAROVA Tamam Shahmammad ghizi

Tamam Shahmammad ghizi Jafarova is an Azerbaijani politician currently serving as a Member of the National Assembly of Azerbaijan, representing the Shamakhi Constituency No 88. As an independent parliamentarian, she is actively involved in legislative work, serving on the Committee for Family and Women’s and Children’s Affairs and the Science and Education Committee. In addition to her domestic committee roles, Jafarova contributes to international diplomacy through her participation in the Women Parliamentarians Group of the Parliamentary Assembly of Turkic States and by leading the Working Group for Azerbaijani-Venezuela Interparliamentary Relations. She also maintains membership in numerous interparliamentary working groups, fostering relations with countries including Estonia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Hungary, Uzbekistan, Pakistan, Russia, Turkey, and Turkmenistan.
