ALIYEV Bakhtiyar Hamza oglu

Bakhtiyar Hamza oglu Aliyev is an Azerbaijani politician currently serving as a Member of the National Assembly of the Republic of Azerbaijan, representing the Aghdam Constituency No 119. He is an independent member of parliament and holds a significant role within the Science and Education Committee. Beyond his domestic legislative duties, he is actively involved in international diplomacy, serving as the leader of the Working Group for Azerbaijani-Indonesian Interparliamentary Relations and participating in numerous other interparliamentary working groups, including those focused on relations with Switzerland, Israel, and Greece.
