
Gulshan Pashayeva

Gulshan Pashayeva is an Azerbaijani politician, linguist, and political analyst currently serving as a member of the 7th convocation of the National Assembly of the Republic of Azerbaijan. She represents the Second Khazar Constituency No. 13 and serves on committees focused on defense, security, anti-corruption, and international relations. Before her parliamentary career, she held significant roles at the Center for Analysis of International Relations and the Presidential Administration of Azerbaijan. A PhD in Philology, she has extensive academic experience in conflict resolution and security studies, having authored numerous articles and books on Eurasian cooperation and regional peace.
