Soltan Mammadov is an Azerbaijani politician currently serving as a Member of the National Assembly of Azerbaijan. Born in Baku in 1974, he holds a Ph.D. in technical sciences and is an alumnus of the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University and Khazar University. In his parliamentary capacity, he is a member of the Committee on Healthcare and the Labour and Social Policy Committee. He is also actively involved in international diplomacy, leading the working group for Azerbaijani-Chinese interparliamentary relations and participating in various international parliamentary organizations.
