Órlaithí Flynn is an Irish republican politician serving as a Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) for Belfast West in the Northern Ireland Assembly. A long-time member of Sinn Féin, she previously worked as a political adviser to several party figures, including Rosie McCorley, Sue Ramsey, and Alex Maskey. Flynn was selected to replace Jennifer McCann in 2016 and has since been re-elected to her seat. She holds a master's degree in Irish politics from Queen's University Belfast and is a graduate of the University of Ulster.
