Robert Janev is a Slovenian politician and member of the National Assembly, representing the constituency of Izola since 2022. A member of the green-liberal and pro-European Freedom Movement (Gibanje Svoboda), he serves on several parliamentary committees, including those for education, science, sport and youth, agriculture, forestry and food, and health. Before entering national politics, Janev worked as an independent special advisor for sports at the Culture, Sport and Event Center in Izola and served on the supervisory board of the Slovenian Sports Association.
