Janja Sluga is a Slovenian politician currently serving as a member of the National Assembly of Slovenia. Born in Trbovlje, she began her career as a business secretary before entering politics. She was first elected to the National Assembly in 2014 as a member of the Modern Centre Party (SMC), later serving as the head of its parliamentary group. In 2021, she left the SMC to become an independent deputy and subsequently joined the Freedom Movement party in 2022.
