Roberto Gonzales

Roberto Gonzales is an American politician currently serving as a member of the New Mexico Senate. Prior to his appointment to the Senate by Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham in 2019 to fill a vacancy, he served for many years in the New Mexico House of Representatives, representing District 42 starting in 1995. Before entering public office, Gonzales worked as an educator. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of New Mexico and a Master of Arts degree from New Mexico Highlands University.
