Luis Roberto Kamiche Morante

Luis Roberto Kamiche Morante is a Peruvian politician and business administrator. Born in Callao, he studied business administration at César Vallejo University, where he also earned a master's degree in public management and a doctorate in administration. He was elected as a Congressman of the Republic representing La Libertad for the 2021-2026 parliamentary period, initially affiliated with Free Peru before later joining parliamentary groups such as Democratic Peru, Cambio Democrático-Juntos por the Perú, and Alliance for Progress.
