Rolando Adlao Uy

Rolando Adlao Uy, also known as Klarex, is a Filipino politician currently serving as the Mayor of Cagayan de Oro. He has had a long career in public service, having previously served as a member of the Philippine House of Representatives for the city's 1st district for four terms and as a barangay captain of Carmen.
