Rommel T. Angara

Rommel T. Angara is a Filipino politician serving as the representative for the lone district of Aurora in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 2019. Prior to his current role, he served as the vice governor of Aurora from 2013 to 2019 and held the position of acting governor from 2018 to 2019. Earlier in his career, he worked as the congressional chief of staff for then-Representative Juan Edgardo M. Angara. Throughout his political tenure, he has been a vocal opponent of illegal gambling operations, specifically the numbers game known as jueteng.
