Romy Soekarno is an Indonesian politician and businessman serving as a member of the House of Representatives since October 2024. Born Hendra Rahtomo, he is the grandson of Indonesia's first president, Sukarno, and the nephew of former president Megawati Sukarnoputri. Before entering politics, he founded the musical band 1945MF and served as the CEO of the Mahadana Group. He assumed his parliamentary seat representing East Java's 6th district following the resignation of two party colleagues.
