Ron Kresha

Ron Kresha is an American politician serving in the Minnesota House of Representatives since 2013, representing District 10A. Born in Columbus, Nebraska, he holds a B.A. in English from St. Cloud State University and an M.B.A. from Bellevue University. Throughout his legislative career, Kresha has focused on education policy, advocating for school choice, early learning scholarships, and increased accountability in school funding. He has also been a prominent voice in child protection reform, authoring legislation to improve the state's child protection systems. A member of the Republican Party, he has held leadership roles including assistant majority leader and majority whip, and currently serves as the minority lead on the Education Finance Committee.
