Rosachely Rivera Santana is a Puerto Rican politician and professor who has served as the Secretary of State of Puerto Rico since July 2025. A member of the New Progressive Party, she previously served as the mayor of Gurabo, Puerto Rico, from 2016 to 2025, becoming the first woman to hold that office. Before her mayoral tenure, she worked in municipal administration and as a psychology professor at the University of Turabo. Rivera holds a bachelor's degree in labor relations and a master's degree in industrial-organization psychology.
