Rosangella Barbarán is a Peruvian politician and economist serving as a Member of the Congress of the Republic of Peru for the 2021-2026 term representing Fuerza Popular. Born in Lima in 1994, she graduated as an economic engineer from the Universidad Científica del Sur and worked in the financial and administrative sectors before entering politics. During her congressional tenure, she became the youngest lawmaker of her parliamentary period and has held key leadership positions, including president of the Economy Commission and president of the Young Parliamentarians Table.
