Rostyslav Pavlenko is a Ukrainian politician, political scientist, and educator serving as a People's Deputy of Ukraine. He has held significant roles in the Ukrainian government, including Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration under Petro Poroshenko from 2014 to 2018 and Director of the National Institute for Strategic Studies. A specialist in political science, Pavlenko has been a key figure in the development of Ukrainian political strategy and was notably involved in the process of securing autocephaly for the Orthodox Church of Ukraine. He has served as a deputy in the seventh, eighth, and ninth convocations of the Verkhovna Rada.
