Mykola Stefanchuk is a Ukrainian politician, lawyer, and academic serving as a People's Deputy of Ukraine since 2019. Representing the Servant of the People party, he is a member of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Legal Policy and chairs the subcommittee on the adaptation of Ukrainian legislation to European Union law. A Doctor of Juridical Science and professor, he previously held academic positions at several universities and served as head of the legal department at the National Intellectual Property Office. He is also a recognized expert in civil law and has been active in volunteer work supporting Ukrainian defenders.
