A former People's Deputy of Ukraine and head of the State Agency of Automobile Roads, he has been a key figure in managing national logistics, infrastructure development, and international agreements such as the Black Sea Grain Initiative. He holds a degree in marketing from Kyiv National Economic University and has completed programs at the Harvard Kennedy School.
