Andrii Herus is a Ukrainian politician and public figure currently serving as a People's Deputy of Ukraine. Born in Novovolynsk, he holds a degree in Economic Cybernetics from the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv and an MBA from the Grenoble School of Management. Before entering politics, he worked as an investment analyst and director at Concorde Capital and served as a member of the National Energy and Utilities Regulatory Commission. A member of the Servant of the People party, he previously served as the Representative of the President of Ukraine in the Cabinet of Ministers in 2019. He is known for his focus on energy policy, including his chairmanship of the parliamentary committee on energy and housing and utility services, though his career has been marked by controversy regarding electricity import policies and allegations of corruption.
