Горбенко, Руслан Александрович

Ruslan Gorbenko is a Ukrainian politician and entrepreneur serving as a People's Deputy of Ukraine in the IX convocation. Born in Schwerin, Germany, he holds a PhD in Economics and previously worked as a commercial director and founder of several companies in the tire industry. Before his election to the Verkhovna Rada in 2019, he served as a deputy of the Luhansk City Council. In parliament, he has focused on human rights, the reintegration of occupied territories, and legislative reforms regarding judicial fees and tax administration. Following the 2022 Russian invasion, he has been actively involved in supporting military efforts and civilian evacuations in the Luhansk region.
