Vitalii Bezhin is a Ukrainian politician and entrepreneur serving as a People's Deputy of Ukraine in the IX convocation. A graduate of the Vadym Hetman Kyiv National Economic University, he previously worked in advertising, design, and communications, and served as an expert for the Better Regulation Delivery Office (BRDO). Elected to parliament in 2019, he has focused on administrative-territorial reform and decentralization, playing a key role in the country's new regional zoning. Bezhin is a member of the Committee on the Organization of State Power, Local Self-Government, Regional Development and Urban Planning. He has been a vocal advocate for judicial reform and has faced sanctions from the Russian government for his political activities.
