Ruslan Stefanchuk is a Ukrainian legal scholar and politician currently serving as the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine since October 2021. A Doctor of Law and professor, he previously held academic and administrative positions at the National Academy of the Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine and the Institute of Legislation of the Verkhovna Rada. He was a key ideologue for the Servant of the People party and served as a representative of President Volodymyr Zelensky in the parliament. Stefanchuk is recognized for his extensive work in civil law and his active role in promoting Ukraine's European and Euro-Atlantic integration through international parliamentary diplomacy.
