Rufina Benítez Estrada is a Mexican politician and physician currently serving as a federal deputy for the 2024–2027 term. A graduate of the Autonomous University of Querétaro, she practiced medicine for many years before entering politics. She was previously a member of the Party of the Democratic Revolution (PRD) and served as a councilor in Arroyo Seco. Since joining the National Regeneration Movement (Morena) in 2014, she has held leadership roles, including state president of the party in Querétaro, and currently serves on the commissions for Social Economy and Rural Development.
