Russell Rook is a British Anglican priest and life peer who has served as a Member of the House of Lords since January 2025. Before his appointment to the House of Lords, he worked as a partner in the Good Faith Partnership and served as an adviser on faith and civil society to Ed Miliband. Ordained as a priest in the Church of England in 2022, he was appointed an Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE) for his contributions to social action. He is a graduate of the Royal College of Music, King's College London, and the University of St Andrews.
