Ruth Naomi Rumkabu is an Indonesian politician currently serving as a member of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia for the 2024–2029 term. Representing the Papua electoral district, she secured her seat after receiving 51,729 votes in the 2024 legislative election. She assumed office as a replacement for Benhur Tomi Mano, who resigned from his position to participate in the 2024 Papua gubernatorial election. She is a member of the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDIP).
