รุทธพล เนาวรัตน์

Rutthaphon Naowarat is a Thai politician and former police officer currently serving as the Minister of Justice. Born on January 5, 1965, in Buriram, he pursued a long career in law enforcement, rising to the position of Deputy Commissioner of the Provincial Police Region 3. He is a graduate of the Armed Forces Academies Preparatory School and the Royal Police Cadet Academy, and holds a master's degree in public and private management from the National Institute of Development Administration. He was appointed to his current ministerial role in September 2025.
