Ryan Browning

Ryan Browning is an American politician serving as a member of the West Virginia House of Delegates for District 28. Appointed by Governor Jim Justice in 2024 to fill a vacancy, he has focused his legislative efforts on workforce development and public safety. Notably, he was the lead sponsor of the 2026 Skills to Work Act, which expanded youth apprenticeship opportunities, and legislation increasing legal protections for athletes and sports officials.
