Ryan Williams

Ryan Williams is an American politician serving as a Republican member of the Tennessee House of Representatives for District 42, a position he has held since January 2011. Born in Kingsport, Tennessee, he earned a Bachelor of Science in biology from Carson–Newman University, where he was a collegiate soccer athlete. Throughout his legislative career, Williams has held leadership roles, including serving as the Republican Caucus Chairman. His policy work includes co-sponsoring legislation to allow Tennessee localities to arm public school teachers and supporting measures regarding legislative decorum.
